FRUIT BOARD S AUTHORITY QUESTIONED (Special to TUB SUN) WELLINGTON, To-day. The dispute between the Fruit Control Board and private shippers who desire to send apples to Germany on f.o.b. sales has now reached a mnr«* definite stage and the authority of the board is to he tested in the courts. A fixture is now awaited in the Supreme Court to bring an action under the Declaratory Judgments Ai t inviting the court to say whether the control of the board is legal. The action turns upon points of procedure followed by the board.
