British Official Wireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. Addressing women Conservatives, the Home Secretary, Sir William Joynson-Hicks, referred to the Kellogg Pact. He said this country had no objection to America laying down cruisers. He could not conceive of America ever using her cruisers except as an ally of Great Britain. He could not visualise the possibility and infinite stupidity of war between the two great Anglo-Saxon nations of the world.
