SALE OF A MORTGAGE
JUDGE RESERVES DECISION Decision was reserved by Mr. Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court yesterday in the action in which Oliver Sextus Blair (Mr. Sellar) sought to recover from Alexander Henry Martin (Mr. R. H. Mackay) the sum of .€360 and interest in connection with the sale of a second mortgage. Plaintiff, who said he bought the mortgage which Martin had failed to tell him was his own (Martin’s), alleged that the sale was a fraudulent act or, alternatively, was a negligent one in tort.
