UNITARIAN PASTORS
HUSBAND AND WIFE APPOINTED TO AUCKLAND Two joint pastors, husband and wife, have been appointed by the Auckland Unitarian Church as successors to the Rev. Albert Thornhill, wTio resigned the pastorate in December. They are the Rev. William Constable, M.A., and his wife, the Rev. Wilna Constable, both of Warwick, England. Trained for the Congregational ministry, they were co-pastors of a Congregational Church in Sheffield, and upon joining the Unitarian Church they were transferred to Warwick. The work there was not sufti-
cient for joint ministers and Constable took charge of the church. She proved very popular, tnc congregation growing considerably under her ministry. Mr. Consta was lecturer* in English under * Warwickshire County Council, o similar lines to those of the W orke Educational Association. ' The Rev. William Jelly, a formeij minister of the church, who has tired, has been conducting the s<vices since Mr. Thornhill left, a will continue until Mr. and Mrs. Co* stable arrive in Auckland.
