AUSTRALIAN MEAT BOARD LOSES £28,000 ON YEAR’S OPERATIONS
Reed. 11 a.m. CANBERRA, To-day. A report ou the operation of the Meat Board for the year ended June 30 was tabled in Parliament. It showed a delict of £28,229 on the year’s operations. The board, giving reasons for the deficit, said the average increase in the cost of working since 1916 was nearly SO per cent.
