SIR J. CARROLL MEMORIAL TO BE UNVEILED ON SUNDAY Press Association - GISBORNE, To-day. It is expected that 2,000 natives will have assembled at Gisborne by Saturday for the unveiling of the memorial to Sir James Carroll. The hui will extend over three days. Very complete arrangements are being made for accommodating and entertaining the visitors in the park and racecourse. The Minister of Native Affairs. Sir Apirana Ngata. arrived yesterday. The Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, will be present on Sunday for the unveiling ceremony.
