AUCKLAND DISTRICT MEETINGS Special interest will be invested a series of functions of Manchester Unity Oddfellows in Auckland next month, owing to the visit of the principal officers of the New Zealand branch of the order. The Auckland district meeting, t** *** attended by over 100 representative lodges throughout the province, place on March 13. Only one fdate, Bro. Fred Best, of Hamilton. present deputy-district grand offering for the office of district master. His election, therefore, is a. sured. f The principal ceremonial event o the gathering will be the installatio of the district grandmaster-elect. 9 March 14. The installation will D conducted by the officers of the Ae Zealand branch, Bro. F. Pritchard, * Ashburton, grandmaster, and Bro. **• S. M. Quigley, of Dannevirke. Upon the conclusion of the Auc*-' land gathering, the principal officers the New Zealand branch of th# 1 will visit Hamilton on March *•. ** will later proceed to Taranaki.
