Mr. Julian B. Foster, American Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, leaves to-morrow for the United States, where he will visit several States, and also lecture on New Zealand, supplementing his remarks by screening films specially prepared for him by the New Zealand Publicity Department. He will return to New Zealand at a later date.
