COLLISION IN CUTTING

MOTORS BADLY DAMAGED (Special to THE SUN) MERCER, Sunday. Slight injuries only were received by the occupants of a motor-car which was badly damaged in a collision with a motor-van in a cutting on the deviation between Pokeno and Mercer on Saturday. Mr. H. Pollock, of Mercer, driver of the car, was struck on the right arm and leg, but no bones were broken. His wife was cut on the face. Two people in the rear of the car were thrown through the hood, but escaped with bruises. Mr. Byers, of Pokeno, driver of the van, was unhurt.
