HELD UP BY RIVER ICE British Official Wireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The London and North-Eastern Railway announced that the HarwichAntwerp service, which was interrupted owing to ice in the Schelt, will be resumed as from Monday night next, but while there is ice in the Schelt the steamers will proceed between Flushing and Antwerp only during daylight hours. The departures from Liverpool Street Station, London, will be at halfpast eight each week-day evening, the steamei's leaving Parlceston Quay at 10.10 in the evening, and arriving at Antwerp at 10 o’clock the following morning.
