WAIKATO LICENSING

FIVE CANDIDATES OFFER (From Our Own Correspondent) CAMBRIDGE, To-day. With the alterations in the Waikato electorate, the Morrinsville Borough Council is now the local authority under the provisions of the Licensing Act, but the town clerk of Cambridge. Mr. F. R. Watters, has been appointed the returning officer for the electorate. The following candidates have already been nominated: Messrs. Francis Joseph Marshall (Morrinsville). Arthur Waring (Taupiri). C. H. Priestley. M. Wells and T. F. Richards (Cambridge). Other nominations are likely, and, as the committee is limited to five, an election is possible
