ROTORUA TOURNAMENT ISLAND BAY RINK WINS (From Our Oten Correspondent) ROTORUA, Friday. Two Wellington rinks contested the final of the second Rotorua bowling tournament to-day, Munro (Island Bay) defeating Crawford (Karori), who won last year. It was a keenly fought game. Right up to the last head, Crawford had a chance, and on the 19th, with the scores 19-17 in Munro’s favour, the game was at a most exciting stage. On the last head, Crawford wanted three to tie, but Island Bay drew clear, and won 22-17. TE AWAMUTU TOURNEY DRAW FOR SECTIONS (From Our Own Correspondent) TE AWAMUTU, To-day.
