The need for “a more uniformly active policy in treatment, and mor? equitably sharing the burden of the more expensive measures against tuberculosis.” is given in support of the suggested combination. At present Mr. A. V. Keisenbnrs secretary of the association, is preparing a report on the necesasry legal steps following any decision to change the present system.
