IRIS SAILS TO-MORROW. —The Pacific Cable Board’s repair ship Iris is to leave for Wellington at 9 a.in. to-morrow to effect repairs to Cook Strait* cables. FOR AUCKLAND ONLY.—The Canadian National Steamships advises that the Canadian Highlander, which left Halifax on January 27, will make Auckland her only port of discharge in New Zealand. She is due here about March 7. TAIROA DUE 6 A.M. TO-MORROW.— Due at Auckland at 6 a.m. to-morrow from Gisborne, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Tairoa will berth at the Central Wharf to continue her loading uiider the agency of L. D. Nathan and Company. From here the vessel proceeds to Wellington, where she completes loading and finally sails on February 28 for New York, Boston, Halifax and London, via Panama.

PORT NAPIER FROM LONDON. —The Farmers’ Co-op. Auctioneering Company has been advised that the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Napier left London on February 13 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth. The vessel is expected to arrive here on March 30.

PAKEHA'S LOADING. —The Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Fakelia is due from the South on March 4 to load lor London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. Bhe will leave for Wanganui and Wellington on March 11 to complete loading* sailing finally from the last-named port on March 21. A. S. Paterson and Co., Ltd. is the local agent.

CORNWALL TO LOAD. —The Federal Line steamer Cornwall will leave New Plymouth to-morrow to load for London, Avonmouth, Glasgow and Liverpool at Opua, Auckland, and Wellington. She is due here on March 7 and will sail finally from Wellington on March IS. The New Zealand Shipping Company will act as the local agents.

AORANGI DUE SUNDAY. —CabIe advice received by the local office of the Union Company states that the R.M.M.S. Aorangi, en route from Vancouver and way ports, left Suva at 4 p.m. yesterday for Auckland and Sydney. She is due here at 1 p.m. on Sunday and has been allotted a berth at the Prince’s Wharf. She is announced to sail again at 10 p.m. on Monday for Sydney.

PORT MELBOURNE COMPLETES AT AUCKLAND. —Loading at Tokomaru Bay to-day, the C. and I>. Line’s steamer Port Melbourne later proceeds to Gisborne, thence Napier, Wellington and Auckland to fill up. She is due here on March S and is scheduled to sail finally from this port on March 11 for London, via Panama. The Farmers’ Co-op. Auctioneering Company will act as the local agents. lONIC SAILS. —This morning the White Star Liner lonic left Auckland for Port Chalmers, where she is due on Monday to complete her discharge of London cargo. She later loads at the Otago port and fills up at Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The lonic is scheduled to sail finally from Wellington at 6 a.m. on March 13 for Southampton and London, via Panama.

TREWORLAS DUE SUNDAY. —Running under the auspices of the A. and A. Line, the Hain Line steamer Trewprlas is due at Auckland on Sunday from New York. The vessel is bringing cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Treworlas berths at the Prince’s Wharf and the New Zealand Shipping Company will act as the agents.

SALVAGE OF THE ROVER. —Advice received in Auckland by McCallum Brothers states no difficulty should be experienced in raising the barge. The Rover, which sank in the Piako River near Ngatea Wharf, early on Monday. A quantity of the metal has already been unloaded, and as soon as the hatches are made watertight the barge will be pumped dry. She is resting on a muddy bottom in shallow water and the hull has not been damaged.

PLEASURE YACHT ARRIVES. —The American pleasure yacht Wanderlust arrived from Gisborne yesterday afternoon, and anchored off Hobson Bay. After leaving Gisborne oil Tuesday, she met with very bad weather, and she was compelled to go about 100 miles off her course, Wednesday being spent at Whangarei. While in Auckland the vessel will go on the slip for cleaning and painting and she will leave for the Bay of Islands in about three weeks’ time. She is a particularly well-appointed vessel, being about 85ft. long, and equipped with sails and an engine.

KUROW SAILING. —Early this afternoon the Union Company’s collier Kurow leaves Auckland for Newcastle, where she loads again for probably Auckland. GOLDEN CROSS FOR NELSON.— Henderson and Alacfarlane* have been advised that the American steamer Golden Cross, which leaves Los Angeles in April for New Zealand, will now call at Nelson. Her discharging ports will be Auckland, Wellington, Nelson and Lyttelton. KEKERANGU FOR AUSTRALIA. — Due at Auckland to-morrow from New Plymouth, the Union Company’s cargo steamer Kekerangu completes discharge of her South Australian cargo here, thence she proceeds to Newcastle and Sydney.

TOFUA SAILS TO-MORROW. —The Union Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua moves from the Central Wharf this afternoon to the Queen’s Wharf. At 11 a.m. to-morrow she leaves Auckland on her monthly voyage to Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. PORT PIRIE TO LOAD. —Now at Wellington loading, the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Pirie fills up at Pic ton, thence Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. She is due here on ATarch 10 and is scheduled to depart finally from this port on Alarch 12 for London, via Panama. The Farmers’ Co-op. Auctioneering Company will a'ct as the local loading agents. She leaves on the return trip at 4 p.m. on Alonday. The Hauturu is due in port on Sundav from Hokianga. She is scheduled to sail for Raglan, Kawhia and Waikato Heads at 3 o’clock on Alonday afternoon. The Anchor Company’s steamer Orepuki is due at Onehunga on Wednesday next to load for Nelson and West Coast ports.
