GOVERNOR OF KENYA
SUCCESSFUL OPERATION British Official W T ireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. Sir Edward Grigg, Governor of Kenya, who has been in England for some weeks, has undergone an operation in London for appendicitis. The operation was successful, and it is hoped that Sir Edward will be well enough to leave the nursing home and resume his work in about a fortnight.
