BRITISH EXPERTS SENT Times Cable . LONDON, Wednesday. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” attaches great importance to the arrival in Russia of the Foreign Forestry Experts’ Mission, sent by the British and European Timber Trust, and representing British, Austrian and German capitalists. The mission, headed by Professor Stewart, lecturer in forestry, Edinburgh University, is to visit Northern Russia and Siberia with a view to securing concessions.
