TRAIN FOR FIREMEN
Owing to the large number of visiting firemen due to arrive at Hokitika on Saturday the Railway Department will run a special train through from Christchurch to Hokitika that afternoon for the convenience of visitors. The train will leave Christchurch after the mail train, which it will overtake at Greymouth, and wil be due here in the evening.
