WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE
SEPARATED FOR SIX YEARS Separated from her husband for six years Bernice Marion Taylor t Dlr. Dial - thews) -was granted a divorce from Frederick George Taylor {Dir. Allan Moody) in the Supreme Court this morning by Mr. Justice Blair. In evidence petitioner said she was married in Hobart in February, 1913. A week later the two came to New Zealand and lived in the DD aikato and later in Auckland. There were four children. The union was an unhappy one. In February, 1923, there was a disturbance as the result of which petitioner left her husband. They had lived apart and during the six years the husband had not paid her any money. The two elder children were living with witness and the others with respondent. The question of the custody of the children will be decided by the Court a fortnight hence.
