POWER BOARD LOAN

POLLING TO-DAY IS SLOW The £675,000 loan proposals of the Auckland Power Board are being voted on by ratepayers to-day. A large poll is not anticipated, and the city booths this morning were quiet. Ratepayers in Auckland and outlying districts out to Manurewa and Clevedon are entitled to vote. Polling closes at 6 p.m., and the results should be known within an hour.
