IMPROVEMENTS AT NORTHCOTE The improvement of borough lofr paths was considered at a meeting t the Northcote Borough Council ks evening. The Mayor, Mr. A. E. Gra:slade, presided. After considering the report of -- finance committee regarding the btluw of money available to the end of " financial year, the council recommends a programme of improvements for completion prior to March 31 next to * extent of £453 10s.
