JURY DISAGREES

BOOKMAKING CHARGES ONE MAN ACQUITTED Press Association CHRISTCUUKCH, Friday. In the trial held in the Supreme Court to-day of Patrick Walsh, and Robert Michael Cox, on charges of bookmaking, Qox was found not guilty. The jury was unable to agree over the charges against Walsh. Cox was also charged with interfering with the working of the telephone in Walsh’s house, when the police made the raid.
