world have been sufferers, i n c l. u ding Mary Philbin , Clara Bow, Patsy Ruth Miller, Richard Barthelmess, Richard Arlen, Virginia Bradford and Alice White.

Work on many films ceased entirely and production schedules ■will be seriously affected.
