CARPETS BY AUCTION
An auction sale of an unusual nature will be conducted by George Walker, Ltd., on Thursday, February 21, when he will sell a quantity of the new season's carpets. This will be an exceptional opportunity to secure English wool Wilton carpets by auction. The firm has been instructed by the holder of the bill of lading of a big shipment just received ex s.s. Hororata to sell these carpets regardless of cost. The carpets are all the latest designs and colourings, and are in all the most popular sizes for homes.
