U.S. SHIPPING BOARD ('Australian and K.Z. Press Associationj Received 9.20 a.m. WASHINGTON, Thursday. The Senate Commerce Committee decided not to interfere with the proposed sale of the United States shipping lines and the American mer-chant-line ships. The Shipping Board is now free to proceed with the sale. The Shipping Board has already accepted a tender of £3,200,000 for 11 Govei'nment-owned liners, including the Leviathan.
