Princess Mary rarely wears a buttonhole with her day suits, which make all the more interesting the fact that she has just started a new fashion for buttonholes made entirely of buttons, which is being followed by many society women. The posy made for Princess Mary was called a “black ■and white spray,” but this fails to describe the exquisite little bunch of blossoms composed chiefly of peariv and crystal buttons fashioned Skilfully into flowers and leaves.
