HAMILTON NOTES HIGHWAYS BOARD'S VISIT It is possible that the Main Highways Board may consider favourably the proposal ma.de to it at Ngaruawahia yesterday that the Raglan Town Hill Road be converted into a main highway. Mr. A. E. dull, chairman of the board, told Mr. T. Parker, chairman of the Raglan Town Board, that a formal request should be made through the county for the revocation of the declaration of a lower road and its substitution for the hill road. * a * There are to date 3,297 consumers in the Central Power Board's area, of whom 3.025 are connected for lighting and 1,221 for heating. Only six oases of infectious diseases were notified the Hamilton Borough inspector last month.
