DOCTORS’ DEPUTATION—-Dr. E. H. B. Milsom (photographed above), Mr. Carrick Robertson, Dr. A. McGregor Grant, and Dr. C. H. Tewslsy formed a deputation which waited last evening upon the Hospital Board.
