KING IMPROVES STILL
CHANGE TO THE SEASIDE
DISAPPOINTING WEATHER
(United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright’ (Australian and N.Z. Press Associatum) Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Monday.
The sea air is so bitterly cold at Boguor that it is impossible to open the windows of the King’s bedroom. He spent the day abed, chatting cheerfully with the Queen. Sir Stanley Hewett. and members of the household. He enjoyed a glimpse of the spray-ridden sea. No bulletin will be issued until Lord Dawson of Penn comes to Craig weil, two or three days hence. The bitter east wind also kept the Queen indoors. A British Official Wireless message says reports of the King’s health today, after his week-end by the sea, are encouraging.
It is officially stated that the King passed another good night, and his condition is satisfactory.
His Majesty’s appetite has improved, and he generally appears to be benefiting by the change. The weather, however, is disappointing, the coast haviEg to-day been swept by a cold easterly wind. Consequently, at present it is pro# posed that the King remain in bed.
