In a wrestling contest at Portland, Oregon, Uedland defeated the Greek wrestler Ted Thors by two straight falls. George Koskornosos, another Greek, defeated the Russian Al. Karasick by two out of three falls. Heeney To Fight Maloney Tom Heeney on Saturday signed a contract for a fight with Jim Maloney over 10 rounds at Boston Garden on March 1. Her time. 1m 45 l-os, is a new Australian record, six seconds under Miss Fanny Du rack’s record time, and only l-5s outside Miss Gertrude Ederle’s world record. Miss Dulcie Raine was third.
