“HIS LADY”
John Barrymore and Dolores Costello are the two noted stars of “His Lady," an adaptation of the famous French opera, which v. ill he shown at the Rialto and Repent (Epsom) Theatres this evening. Supporting this popular Pair is a large and capable cast. Luxurious settings, artistic directiond and the spirit of gaiety of the reign of Louis XV. of France assist to make the picture equally as excellent as the former productions in which Barrymore, one of the greatest lilm actors of to-day, has appeared. Fabien and Manton meet first by chance in the courtyard of an inn in Picardy, both ♦ u t^le^r 'vay to enter the church, and they fall in love. The girl becomes the subject of a plot by her brother and * member of the Court of Louis XV. two lovers escape, willing to live in poverty in a Parisian attic.
