RETRIAL OF TYRER
The retrial of Henry Dixon Tyrei. an attendant at the Porirua Mental Hospital, following on a disagreement of the jury on Thursday, commenced to-day. Tyrer is charged with causing bodily harm to one of the inmates of the institution.
Evidence on the lines of the first trial, at which the jury disagreed, is being given.
