SEQUEL IN SOUTH AFRICA (Australia* and N.Z. Press Association J Reed. 11.50 a.m. CAPETOWN, Friday. Karl Gundelfinger, president of the South African Associated Chamber of Commerce, has resigned. He published a statement favouring the German Treaty when the rlinmbers were preparing a memoranduil denouncing th,e treaty.
