NEW DANCERS IN PAVLOVA’S COMPANY

CONSIDERABLE alterations have been made in the Pavlova Company since its last visit to Australia. Pierre Wladimiroff takes the place of Novikoff as Pavlova's partner; and as second ballerina Ruth French, the best English dancer of the day, has been engaged. For character dances Nina Kirsanova, a Russian girl, is with the company. Most of the other girls are already known to us from the last visit. The Australian season will open in Sydney at Easter time.
