£394,000 LOAN
WELLINGTON TO BORROW
Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The Wellington City Council proposes to raise further loans of £ 394,000 for tram extensions and improving the access to the suburbs, including a tunnel to cost £183,252. This is in addition to the loans of £161,250 which have already been authorised but never raised.
