GRAND COALITION SOUGHT (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Tuesday. A message from Berlin says the executive of the Centre Party has decided to withdraw from the Cabinet Herr von Guerard, Minister of Communications and Occupied Territories. He is the party’s sole representative in the Cabinet. The Chancellor, Hr. Hermann Mueller, has refused to accept Herr von Guerard’s resignation and has resumed negotiations with a view to forming- a grend coalition. % The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” expresses the opinion that tho resignation is possibly the prelude to a crisis.
