SECRET DISCUSSIONS CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON (Australian and S.Z. Press Association > Reed. 9.44 a.m. WASHINGTON, Wed. The Hon. Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, is holding a series of conferences with the Secretary of the Treasury, Mr. A. \V. Mellon and other high Treasury officials. The Governor of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. G. B. Harrison. is also in the capital. Officials concerned decline to discuss the nature of the conferences.
