GERMANY RATIFIES KELLOGG PEACE PACT
USE AS A LEVER DISARMING THE NATIONS (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 12.4 p.m. BERLIN. Tuesday. The Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag has sanctioned the ratification of the Kellogg Pact for the renunciation of war. The committee added a resolution that Germany should use the Pact as a means of inducing the Powers w r ho are members of the League of Nations to fulfil the obligations of general disarmament and also to remove the existing threatening causes of conflict and injustice.
