The Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag has sanctioned the ratification of the Kellogg Pact for the renunciation of war. The committee added a resolution that Germany should use the Pact as a means of inducing the Powers w r ho are members of the League of Nations to fulfil the obligations of general disarmament and also to remove the existing threatening causes of conflict and injustice.
