WOMAN BADLY HURT

GIG FALLS OVER BANK

Press Association TAIHAPE, Monday. A gig driven by Mr. S. McConachie, wlio was accompanied by Mrs. Dodds and Mrs. B. Marchioni, went over a bank at Moawhango, near Taihape. last evening, and fell about ISft. Mrs. Marchioni received severe abrasions and internal injuries, and was admitted to the Taihape Hospital. Mr. McConachie and Mrs. Dodds escaped uninjured.

The accident was caused through the horse becoming frightened and pulling the gig off the road. Mrs. Marchioni resides at Taihape.
