AVALON’S CREW THE Sanders Cup selectors announce the following crew to sail Avalon, Auckland's challenger in the contest beginning at Akaroa on February 14: Skipper, Mr. A. Willetts, owner of the champion 16-footer Mistral, who sailed Avalon in the trial races, has been chosen as skipper, and wfll have associated with him as his crew Messrs. F. Cloke, owner of Avalon, as mainsheet hand, J. Larrit as forward hand, and J. Currey. owner of the 18footer Drone, as the heavy-weight. The boat will be shipped to her destination this week, and the crew will follow a day or two later.
