Omnibus, Cab, Coach and Passenger Vehicle drivers while on duty (excluding any driver intoxicated at the time of the accident) shall be deemed fare-paying passengers and any person whose fare has been paid or is paid by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger; and the expression “fare” includes any cash remuneration or hire money. if the subscriber shall be killed or dies : result of injuries received while entering or alighting from any stationary tram, train, steamer, ferry, or vehicle mentioned in clause (1) and (2). LIFE-SAVING ACCIDENTS. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request. (g) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which results in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1000) will be paid pro rata, (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1000). In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata.
