HORSE ROLLS ON RIDER
Facial and shoulder abrasions were received by Mr. T. Carroll, of One--ITe resu| t °f being thrown h '® horse at the Pukekawa sports on Saturday. The rider was competing in a hunters’ event when his fei! at a hurdle. Mr. Carroll being thrown headlong, the horse rolling over him. The injured man regamed consciousness in a few minutes and was able to proceed to ivs home.
