Public Announcement Citizens. I *ve started in business as the agent for a group of carpet and rug manufacturers, and will be selling their goods direct from my warehouse to the public. And in order to keep expenses low so as to make my prices even keener, my "open warehouse" is situated in Lome Street (no Queen Street rents), right next to the back of St. James' Theatre. You will find it easilyless than one minute from the corner of Wellesley and Queen Streets. My stock of carpets and rugs, cushions and upholstery, will be the largest in New Zealand-and my prices the smallest. My business will be unique-no one else specialises in carpets, rugs, cushions, and upholstery alone. Because of these reasons - and of selling to the public for less than most retail shops can buy - my prices will be a revelation. Every home will be able to afford the luxury of plenty of good carpets, rugs, cushions, and upholstery. Watch for my opening announcement in tomorrow's papers. Sincerely,
