TO FLY IN MELBOURNE r PHE greatly improved three-year-old pacer, Hinkler, by Nelson Bingen—Sympathy, owned by the Dunedin sportsman. Mr. G. Barton, and trained at Addington by W- JTomkinson, leaves to-day for Melbourne to fulfil his engagement in the Victorian Trotting Derby. Although W. J. Tomkinson is unable to make the trip with the youngster, he is confident Hinkler will make a bold bid for victory, and has made suitable arrangements for the training and driving of the gelding while in Melbourne
