MANY BENZINE THEFTS
TWO MEN SENTENCED Prtas Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. Having pleaded guilty to eight charges of theft of benzine and oil in the course of his travels through tho district, the total involved being; valued at £l3 Ifis, Jack McDowell wa3 sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. Thomas John Henry Withers, also charged with the theft of the benzine and a cheese, was admitted to probation for two years.
