CHAIR OF MIDWIFERY

ESTABLISHMENT IN OTAGO Press Association DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Reporting to-day on a clause considered by a special committee of the New Zealand University Council, Sir George Fowlds moved that the council approve the establishment of a chair of midwifery at Otago University. It was stated that the salary would correspond with those being paid in the case of existing medical chairs. The clause was adopted.
