BAIL ON GAMING CHARGE
At tlio Foxton Police Court thi> morning D'Arcy Ball was charged with being the occupier of a tobacconist shop in the main street, and with using it as a common gaming house. Detective Quirk asked for a remand to Palmerston North. Bail was allowed on his own recognisance of £IOO. —P. A.
