BRILLIANT IRISH TENOR Tho illustrious Irish tenor, Alfred O’Shea, who has just completed a most successful tour of Australia, will sing 1 at the Auckland Town Hall on Saturday, February 2. K. Chesterton, the author, said: “It was a great joy to hear the spirited songs of Ireland as Mr. O’Shea inimitably sang them.” After this brief New Zealand visit Mr. O'Shea goes on to America to fulfil most important opera and concert engagements, and make a special series of records for a gramophone company.
