At the inquest, held at Te Aroha. concerning the death of Antonio Raffalo Frando, who was killed by a linystacker pole falling on him, evidence was given that he himself had fixed j the stay-ropes, afid that one of them : had been insecurely tied. The coroner, Mr. J. Motley, returned ! a verdict of accidental death.
