FORMED AT OTAHUHU j Mr. Wilfred Spicer presided over a j well-attended meeting in Otalnilm. when it was unanimously decided to form the Otahuhu Sports’ Association. Mr. J. V. Lawes was elected secretary and Mr. R. B. Todd. Mayor of Otahuhu. consented to act as president. It was decided to hold a sports’ meeting: during: March, and a provisional programme of cycling and horse events was drawn up. Good prizes are offered, and given fine weather a successful opening meeting is assured. The Otahuhu Trotting Club has granted the use of its spacious grounds at Mangere Crossing to the
