FORMED AT OTAHUHU j Mr. Wilfred Spicer presided over a j well-attended meeting in Otalnilm. when it was unanimously decided to form the Otahuhu Sports’ Association. Mr. J. V. Lawes was elected secretary and Mr. R. B. Todd. Mayor of Otahuhu. consented to act as president.
