•If we put too many restrictions on bus owners, we will not get any tenders,” said the chairman of the Education Board, Mr. A. Burns, yesterday, when advice was received from the department that all buses used for conveying children to school should be regularly examined by the district engineer. It was decided to suggest to the department that an assurance that buses were in satisfactory condition obviated any inspection by the Public W orks Department.
